Psychodramatic Bodywork:
Psychodramatic Bodywork™(PDBW) is a healing modality that combines Psychodrama and Bodywork. “Psychodrama uses dramatic action methods to free and integrate spontaneity blocked by earlier trauma. Bodywork uses Safe Touch to help individuals connect with the messages that are held in the body as pain, numbness and/or illness... A spiritual component deepens the effectiveness of the work and is incorporated into the training.” (youremotions.com)
Featuring safe emotional release work, PDBW is a complementary skill that is can be combined with other modalities.

Psychodrama:
Psychodrama provides supportive healing through the principals of Psychodrama, Sociometry, Sociodrama and Experiential Therapy. Psychodrama helps to identify and address how anger, fear and sadness can become trapped in the body and provides methods to help release these stored emotions. One main focus includes exploring an individual’s trauma through experiential methods(i.e. acting it out in a safe and facilitated manner, offering different perspectives and possible different endings to traumatic experiences). This method is very dynamic, spontaneous and healing and can be used in both individual and group processes. (www.hvpi.net)
